This workshop will focus on the value of sharing teaching practices through peer observations. Through a series of individual and group-based activities, you will be introduced to peer observation as an effective tool of knowledge sharing to aid your professional development as a reflective educator and to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in higher education. As part of these activities, you will learn and discuss key pedagogical literature and professional frameworks around quality assurance and enhancement mechanisms, before considering how the theories and procedures can be successfully and confidently applied to your own context.
