In this session you will explore the concept of employability in a higher education context. You will consider and reflect upon the pedagogy of employability, assessment options (with an emphasis on authentic assessment) and ways in which to embed employability into your own teaching practice and module design. The session will introduce you to resources to support your teaching development in this field from case studies to guidelines and frameworks.
