"Asynchronous learning can offer flexibility to study anywhere, at any time. This workshop will demonstrate how to maximise student engagement asynchronously and show how asynchronous learning can work in parallel with synchronous learning. During this session we will explore simple interactive tools and techniques you might use in an asynchronous learning experience and the role of on-demand content to support self-paced study.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
• Identify the key elements of effective and engaging asynchronous learning.
• Apply a range of tools and techniques that to support asynchronous learning.
• Design and create your own asynchronous learning content, using tools and templates."
