There is a standard charge of £10 to produce a certified true copy of a certificate, which includes postage via Royal Mail, please note this will NOT have a tracking number.

Should you wish to track your document and to ensure a secure and fast delivery, we suggest you select a 'with DHL courier service' from the options below and we will post your document via DHL courier:

Please ensure you email a copy of your original certificate with your request for a certified copy to [email protected] The copy of your certificate will be verified, signed by the Academic Registrar and officialy stamped as a 'True Copy'.

IMPORTANT: if you are a current student who requires a confirmation of studies letter for a course you are currently enrolled on please DO NOT pay for this item, instead contact [email protected]

If you have been sent your certificate, transcript or letter previously, but it has since been returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information, and you now need it to be resent.

If you wish to track your document to ensure a secure and fast delivery you can request and pay for our DHL Courier delivery service, fee varies depending on the destination, please choose one of the payment options below.

Please ensure you have emailed your request to [email protected] and have received a response BEFORE making payment.

There is currently a charge of £60 for a duplicate certificate. If you are requiring a duplicate certificate for two awards a £60 charge applies for each certificate. This does include postage via Royal Mail, but please note that this will NOT have a tracking number.

Should you wish to track your document, and to ensure a secure and fast delivery, we suggest you select 'with DHL courier service' from the options below and we will post your document via a DHL courier. IMPORTANT: If you are requesting two certificates and they are to be delivered to the same address, in order to avoid paying for DHL twice please pay for a letter 'with DHL Courier' once then make payment for the standard £60 Duplicate Certificate.
