Bedrooms Details
Bedrooms are in our Halls of Residence and are a short walking distance from where the festival will be held. Your bedroom will be a single room with 3/4 size bed and en-suite facilities. All bedrooms are equipped with a towel and toiletries. Tea & coffee making facilities are available in the communial kitchen areas. Irons and ironing boards are available throughout our Halls and notices will indicate where these are located. We would advise that you bring your own hairdryer and alarm clock, as these are not supplied in the bedrooms. All bedrooms are non-smoking. 

Please note that we have a limited number of disabled bedrooms available. Please email us at [email protected] if this is required, before booking your bedroom. 

Check in and check out times
Bedrooms are available from 1pm for check in. Please vacate your bedroom by 9.30am on your day of departure. 

Breakfast
A hot breakfast is included with your booking and confirmation of where this will be served will be confirmed at check in. 

To Book
Please select the nights that you would like to stay and add these to your basket. You will be asked to set up an account on the system if this is your first time making a booking. You can then check out and pay for your accommodation by debit or credit card. An email will be sent to confirm your booking and payment and further check in informatio will be sent to you, closer to the event.

Booking Terms and Conditions
If you would like to cancel your bed and breakfast booking then please email [email protected]. A refund, less a £10.00 admin fee, will be made if cancellations are received in writing before the 13th June 2025. We regret that any cancellation after this time cannot be refunded, and that refunds for non attendance cannot be made.
