Group dynamics and application to teams.DescriptionAttendees will examine how groups function, what influences group dynamics and how this in turn impacts on team working. 2pm. 2 hours
Mindfulness & ResilienceDescriptionContent: The session will explore the concept of mindfulness and how practising this can enable individuals to become more resilient. 2pm. 2hrs
Clinical supervisionDescriptionContent: This session will explore the importance and positive impact of clinical supervision on clinical practice. 10am. 2hrs
Applied leadership and Collaborative WorkingDescriptionContent: This short course provides you with the opportunity to explore leadership in relation to improving patient safety and quality of care in nursing. The course allows you to critically analyse how leadership behaviours impact on teams, collaborative working and patient safety whilst discussion the application of leadership in relation to risk management and instigating change. 2 hrs. 2pm
