School of Computing and MathematicsMSML 2025 - 3rd International Seminar on Modelling, Simulation and Machine Learning for the Rapid Development of Porous MaterialsDescriptionThe 3rd International Seminar on Modelling, Simulation, and Machine Learning for the Rapid Development of Porous Materials will be held at the Keele University, U.K. The previous two meetings took place at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Cologne in 2023 and at the IMDEA Materials Institute in Madrid in 2024. We aim to bring together young and senior scientists, comprising different scientific communities engaged in the fundamental understanding of porous materials. We encourage young scientists to present their research in progress. We do our best to create a friendly, informal atmosphere and promote crosstalk between disciplines related to porous materials, particularly for bridging the gaps between scales and for promoting applied mathematics and software tools aiding the characterisation and discovery of porous materials. We welcome both lecture and poster formats from all areas of computational understanding of porous media. Topics are centred around, but not limited to, these four areas:
