We kindly ask for you to complete payment prior to attendance.
Appointments are just £18.00 for Online or Face to Face appointments.
If you are unable to make payment please contact sahp.physioclinic@keele.ac.uk
In the event of needing to cancel your appointment we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice so that your appointment is not wasted. If 24 hours' notice is not provided, refunds may be withheld, and payment may not be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
You will receive an email confirming payment and and another with your appointment booking details.
