Detailed Description

In most cases a Subject Access Request will be free of charge under the new EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). However the University reserves the right to charge an administrative fee where;
 
  • The request for information is deemed to be excessive or
  • If additional copies are being requested following an earlier Subject Access Request.
 
Following receipt the University will provide a response to you within 1 calendar month. For any queries regarding the GDPR please email [email protected].
