There will be a welcome speech by art collector and Wade enthusiast Petr Hajek - owner of much of the work on display.

Renowned art historian and Lowry expert Michael Howard will present a captivating talk on the life, work, and enduring legacy of L.S. Lowry. Discover the stories behind his compositions, the industrial landscapes, and the quiet genius of one of Britain’s most beloved artists. This special talk also features a rare opportunity to see L.S. Lowry’s iconic painting, Mill Gates—a cornerstone of British art.
