Lunchtime Reset for Mental Clarity & Afternoon Performance
Particularly beneficial if the morning has been demanding or cognitively heavy.
This session blends therapeutic sound, guided transformational meditation to:
• Reduce accumulated tension
• Reset attention and focus
• Support emotional steadiness
• Prevent afternoon energy dips
Light mindful movement is incorporated to refresh circulation and restore alert calm for the remainder of the day.
Participants return to their afternoon responsibilities renewed, regulated and more productive.
