Please find below details of the conference packages available.

There are waged and unwaged options.

Conference Packages

5-Day Conference Package

This fee is for the whole conference (Monday 20^th – Friday 24^th July 2026). It includes the full academic programme for the first three days (with lunches and refreshments) and excursions on Thursday 23^rd and Friday 24^th. 

Please note this fee does not include accommodation or the conference dinner which will need to be selected separately.

Waged: £345 / Unwaged: £315

4-Day Conference Package

This fee is for Monday 20^th – Thursday 23^rd July 2026. It includes the full academic programme for the first three days (with lunches and refreshments) and the excursion on Thursday 23^rd.

Please note this fee does not include accommodation or the conference dinner which will need to be selected separately.

Waged: £325 / Unwaged: £295

3-Day Conference Fee

This fee is for Monday 20^th – Wednesday 22^nd July 2026. It includes the full academic programme (with lunches and refreshments). It does not include any excursions.

Please note this fee does not cover accommodation or the conference dinner which will need to be selected separately.

Waged: £295 / Unwaged: £265

Day Rate

This fee is for conference attendance for individual days. It includes the day's academic programme (with lunch and refreshments). Available Monday 20th, Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd.

Waged: £160 / Unwaged £150 

Dinner and Accommodation Options Available

Conference Dinner

The 3-course conference dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday 22^nd July at Keele Hall. It will be preceded by a drinks reception. Please select this option if you would like to attend the conference dinner.

On-Campus Accommodation

On-Campus accommodation is situated in Barnes Hall of Residence, a ten-minute walk from Keele Hall. All rooms are singles with en-suite bathroom. The daily rate includes breakfast and access to the university gym facilities.

£67.50 per night

Marriott Hotel Accommodation

The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel is situated on Keele campus, a ten-minute walk from Keele Hall. All rooms are doubles and can be booked for single or double occupancy. The daily rate includes breakfast and access to the hotel fitness centre.

£119 per night

Booking Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, please email us at conferencebyron2026@keele.ac.uk to confirm this in writing. Cancellations made before Sunday 21st June 2026 will be refunded, less a £10 administration fee. Cancellations to bookings made from Monday 22nd June 2026 will be non-refundable.

Amendments to Bookings

Amendments to bookings can be made by emailing conferencebyron2026@keele.ac.uk. Amendments may be made until Sunday 21st June 2026.

Payment Methods

Payment for the conference is required at the time of booking online either by credit/debit card (which include procurement cards). If you have a problem with the payment at the time of booking, please contact conferencebyron2026@keele.ac.uk. 

Conference Being Cancelled By Organisers

In the event of the conference being cancelled by the organiser, the organiser or Keele University will not be liable for reimbursing any incidental expenses incurred by registered delegates in connection with their attendance at the conference. Registered delegates should ensure that they have appropriate insurance cover in place to cover such incidental expenses prior to making the booking.
