Bedrooms Details
Bedrooms in our Halls of Residence are a short walking distance from our restaurants and meeting rooms (please see our campus map or contact your event organiser for more details https://www.keele.ac.uk/about/howtofindus/maps/). It may be advisable that you bring an umbrella and comfortable footwear. Your bedroom will be a single room with 3/4 size bed and en-suite facilities. Your room will include toiletries and towels and tea/coffee making facilities are available in our kitchen areas. Irons and ironing boards are available throughout our Halls and notices will indicate where these are located. We would advise that you bring your own hairdryer and alarm clock, as these are not supplied in the bedrooms. All bedrooms are non-smoking.
Please note that we have a limited number of disabled bedrooms available.
Check in and check out times
Bedrooms are available from 1pm for check in from Chancellor's Building Reception. Please vacate your bedroom by 9.30am on your day of departure. All keys are to be returned to the Chancellor’s Building Reception.
Breakfast
A full breakfast buffet is included with your booking and will be served in Central Restaurant in the Chancellor's Building from 7.30am - 9.00am each day.
To Book
Please select the nights that you would like to stay and add these to your basket. You will be asked to set up an account on the system if this is your first time making a booking. You can then check out and pay for your accommodation by debit or credit card. An email will be sent to confirm your booking and payment and further joining information will be sent out by the conference organiser closer to the event.
Booking Terms and Conditions
If you would like to cancel your bed and breakfast booking then please email [email protected]. A refund, less a £20.00 admin fee, will be made if cancellations are received in writing before the 4th June 2023. We regret that any cancellation after this time can not be refunded, and that refunds for non attendance can not be made.
